At Twin Lakes Manor, our focus is always on quality of life. During these unprecedented times of risk and caution, we recognize the importance of a safe environment for our residents, visitors, and employees, but also the emotional health of those who live with us. Here are some of the things we are doing to provide a safe and nurturing home:

Employees wear masks at all times

Employees temperatures taken every day

COVID-19 tests for employees every 14 days (and before hire)

Visitors are limited and must wear masks, plus personal protective equipment (PPE) gown so you can hug your loved one!

Social distancing for visitors from other residents/staff

New residents cleared from COVID-19 prior to moving in, and temperature checked daily.

Frequent sanitation of surfaces

Tours conducted during off-times when residents are in their rooms. Those touring wear mask, gown, and gloves, and have temperature taken upon entry.
